Goslowly and don't rush through the story, it's not going anywhere. Do side quests and explore the world. Try to stay a level or two above the main quests - but don't go too far ahead or they'll be too easy. Don't engage any enemies with a red skull above their heads because they will fuck you up.

SPOILERS Bayek is the leader of the Egyptian part of the Brotherhood while Aya goes to Rome to start the brotherhood there. The game is about Bayek and Aya that's the whole point. Each one has their own story. Each story is integral to the start of the brotherhood. This game does have a lot of pacing and story issues i agree.
Thelast direct exchange between Aya and Bayek was incredible, the birth of the creed was well done (even if I feel they should've worked it into the story better) and I loved the Amunet reveal. And of course, Ceasar's death - a very well done moment too, with the beginnings of social stealth as Aya uses the crowd to get close and personal.
TheAya quests have never been crowd favourites. I'm inclined to agree, that whole chain of cutscenes and playing as Aya in "Blade of the Goddess" is probably the low point in the Origins game. But hang in there mate, you'll soon find yourself back in Siwa, in Bayek's boots, and the game will be back to its best very shortly.
